ALFRED AND CONSTANCE
Brisbane, Queensland

Top10 Image
Gastropub, tiki bar, cafe, underground cellar bar and late night dessert bar, Alfred and Constance is a one stop shop for all your dining and drinking desires. Nestled between two heritage listed Queenslander homes, Alfred and Constance (named after the streets cornering the site), is the latest project from Damian Griffiths. At the heart of the venue is a hand-built wood-fired oven, utilised to cook whole roast pigs, which features on the menu alongside whole roast chickens and char-grilled steaks.

For late night dining in Brisbane you can't go past the cluster of options on the corner of Alfred & Constance streets in Fortitude Valley. Choose from Alfred &Constance for gastro pub offerings, Alfredo's for late night pizza or Kwan Brothers for Asian fare. Fancy a nightcap? Try the cold room bar at Kwan Brothers.

Alfred & Constance in Fortitude Valley are open late at night, and are a go-to, especially for desserts! My favourite dessert is their banoffee pie.
