Under the creative direction of Executive chef Jason Dean, the menu is Modern Australian with some of the ingredients even been sourced from the roof-top garden. The concept behind the restaurant is to create a flexible dining space where diners can choose their own dining adventure from anything like an affordable light meal on the go, a sharing feast among friends or even a special event in the private dining rooms available for bookings of 8 or more guests.
