Ananas is absolutley beautiful! It has now become one of my favourite venues to dine. I would reccomend it to anyone!

I feel like we went on a global food journey when we dined at Ananas. Great atmosphere, succulent dishes, professional service. The steak tartare made me feel like I was back home in Paris, the lobster raviolis were a taste of southern Italy and the pineapple ice cream bar tasted of long warm days spent on a Caribbean island. And...the Snickers re-invented was a wonderful surprise. I won’t be able to eat another Snickers without thinking about it. If you want to stir your appetite, to excite your taste buds and to enjoy a unique restaurant experience, Ananas Bar & Brasserie is definitely the place to visit.

What a great addition to The Rocks. The menu is inspired and really delights and surprises when it comes to intensity of flavor, freshness and innovative techniques. We had the 65 degree egg and compressed watermelon to start which were definite order again items. For our mains we had the 36 hour braised lamb which was AMAZING along with the butter tender Chateaubriand. We rounded out the meal with "Snickers" dessert as well as the pineapple ice cream bar. Perfection! We WILL be back!
