Perhaps it is the twinkling skyline, the beautifully crafted cuisine, or the Australian wine that makes for a perfect proposal, but you needn't such an excuse to dine at the Sydney Tower. Sydney Tower Buffet serves a buffet of international cuisine while on another floor, 360 Bar and Dining provides a more upmarket experience with an a la carte menu.

Sydney Tower Buffet attracts both tourists and local diners, and while they come for the view, the food is equally impressive. The buffet provides a range of international cuisine that incorporates European, Asian and modern Australian culinary styles. There are cold and hot menu items to choose from with popular dishes like Sydney rock oysters, smoked salmon okonomiyaki with wasabi mayonnaise, Thai caramelized pork belly or roast kangaroo rump with thyme, juniper, red wine and plum gravy. The wine menu has a fine selection of Australian drops with a handful of international varietals to round off the list.

Guests can peruse the buffet at their leisure and choose from over 40 freshly-prepared dishes. There is also a separate dessert bar offering international sweet treats, ice-cream and more. Attentive and friendly service is matched with spectacular 360-degree views of the city, making Sydney Tower Buffet a unique dining experience.

I had an amzaing time at the Sydney Tower buffet. It’s quite remarkable how you can relish an uninterrupted revolving view while enjoying the relaxed dining atmosphere. The bird’s eye view from the revolving tower was almost the perfect way to witness the beautiful city as a tourist. The food was delicious with a lot of flavour the spread had something for everyone. I just had a great time there enjoying the view the food and the friendly service.

Had lunch buffet with the family. Couldnt find a nicer atmosphere to spend Sunday lunch. The view was crisp, not a cloud in the sky. I couldnt take my eyes off the view until my daughter yells out "THEY GOT NICE DESSERTS HERE!!" and we havent even had any entrees yet. The selection of food was more than I bargain for right from the entrees to the main meal. I tried almost every one of the dishes and stuffed myself !!!. It was a perfect Sunday in a long time, had beautiful food, with a beautiful family, in a beautiful atmosphere and of course the view just to put the icing on the cake. Thanks to the staff for looking after us.

I was reluctant to dine after almost 8 years of not wanting to return due to lack of food quality and service. But a friend from North Queensland on holiday insisted she wanted to visit and dine. To my surprise a lot has changed. Service was impeccable and staff are really friendly. The choice of food are many and tasty also. The city views are spectacular which makes it a bonus. Top choice of course are the desserts. Who doesn't love a great choice selection of delicious desserts. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Keeping this "constructive" 1. Train the staff on proper customer service etiquette 2. Discover the fact that dehydrated week old food is never good on any buffet. 3. Lower your prices; dramatically (you catch more flies with honey than vinegar) 4. Offer more of a variety of food for people who do not like or have seafood allergies. 5. Keep the floors and tables clean Make these changes and you'll have the finest restaurant in the Southern hemisphere!
