Chef Teage Ezard and The Star looked to Paul Kelly Design to bring restaurant BLACK by ezard to life. The interior reflects and exude the promised excellence of the culinary experience, and the materials are representative of the meals served. The result is a sophisticated and glamorous space, rich in browns and burnt ambers, based on 'experience' style of dining at Michelin starred restaurants around the world. BLACK by ezard's dynamic open kitchen allows diners and passers-by to view food being prepped and more than 500 steaks that are housed in the special dry aging room. Throughout the restaurant there are approximately 5,000 bottles of wine on display, offering the country's most extensive American wine listing seen in one establishment.
