PETROL RESTAURANT
Sydney, New South Wales

Top10 Image
The name may be slightly unusual but Petrol Restaurant is a foodie's paradise. Set amongst the leafy Potts Point streets, Petrol is packed all day long with mid-morning brunchers to late night diners. The interior is simple and modern, much like the menu. The Modern Australian menu features an eclectic mix of Asian- and Mediterranean-influenced dishes, and the beer and wine list is extensive, with both Australian and imported options.

I had been meaning to try Petrol for ages. I went for brunch on a Saturday in late March. It was lovely. Service was attentive, I was spoilt for choice on the menu and had a delicious Haloumi salad and a glass of wine. Coffee was good too. I will be going again.
