Slide is housed in an art deco 1920's former bank building, and consists of a versatile indoor function space that can be hired for private and corporate events. The venue mixes period architecture with state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment. Think over-sized chandeliers, sleek silver-topped bars, vintage mirrors and ornate floral-patterned ottomans combined with a florescent lighting scheme to encapsulate the essence of the vibrant theatrical realm.

Designed by Creative Director Marc Kuzma and executed by Head Chef Aymeric Saint-Lannes, the food at Slide is truly theatrical in style. There is a two course Cabaret menu, which features colourful dishes like chayote salad and herb-crusted lamb rump, as well as a more indulgent nine course El Circo degustation experience. The cocktail list is equally vivacious with amusing titles like Verushka Darling - a delightful mix of gin, cointreau, lemon, orange and grapefruit juice with brown sugar, as well as The Divine Miss Bette, a blend of cruzan dark rum with fresh mint and plum jam.
