MR CRACKLES
Sydney, New South Wales

Top10 Image
Ever found yourself on Oxford Street, in the wee hours of Sunday morning with a slice of pizza or a bagful of Oporto in hand? The arrival of Mr Crackles has ended this too-familiar scenario. Instead, tuck into the "Crackles Classic" – a fresh baguette roll generously stuffed with crispy skinned, five-spice pork belly, topped with a fragrant Vietnamese salad. It might be a smidge more than a Bondi Burger meal at $12, but it's worth the extra coin.

My favourite late night dining destinations used to be Frankie's Pizza for a good cheesy margarita or Golden Century for dumplings but the lock outs have made this a bit tricky. Now you need to make sure you're in before 1.30pm. So now I usually hit up the crackles classic from Mr Crackles on Oxford St.

Mr Crackles, Darlinghurst. Go for the Crackles Classic, juicy roast pork and Vietnamese salad in a roll and topped with shards of glorious crackling. Oh and the $5 cup of crackle. Because you're worth it.
