CAFE PACI (CLOSED)
Sydney, New South Wales

Top10 Image
Opened on the site previously housing Cafe Pacifico, the boundary-pushing restaurant is run by Pasi Petanen, formerly head chef at Marque. The menu is about as interesting as it gets - a fusion of Finnish, Mexican and Vietnamese cuisine. Cafe Paci offers a set menu only but one that's relaxed and fun. The wine list is taken care of by Dennis Roman, also ex-Marque.

Café Paci, Darlinghurst is my favourite restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Cafe Paci is a pop up restaurant (open until January 2015) run by my friend Chef Pasi Petanen. Finnish born Petanen was Head Chef at three hatted restaurant Marque before venturing out on his own for the first time to open Cafe Paci.
