Brioche bakery Darling St Balmain is an amazing bakery. If you are gluten free or have some other food intolerance this is the place for you. I am lucky in that I don’t have any food intolerance. For me it is about consuming the best brioche, croissants and flour-less chocolate cake (which is gluten free) I have ever had. The good folk at Brioche say it is because of the organic grain and traditional French methods. Combine this with the ‘Single Origin’ coffee and I can sit and read a book forever in their cafe
