At Watersedge Seafood Restaurant, what you see is what you get. The friendly eatery is located right on the boardwalk where the Tuggerah Lake meets the ocean at The Entrance. The kitchen offers diners an array of fresh seafood, hand picked from the Sydney Fish Market or Tuggerah Lakes, but there are also meat, chicken and pasta dishes to try. Prefer to take your catch down to the beach? The restaurant also offers takeaway.

This was our second visit to the WATERSEDGE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the food and service again matched the first trip to this restaurant. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and the service provided was very good, the staff and owner gave you the feeling that they wanted to give you the very best service and an enjoyable time. The sun had not gone down on arrival so the view was suburb, a wonderful breeze blew above us from the open waterfront windows; when evening advanced our view changed to dancing coloured lights from the bridge sparkling across the black water. We love the idea of the tasting plates, in fact we chose to have them as an entree. our first trip we had surf and reef, this trip we opted for the bugs, we were not disappointed. Well done, we enjoyed your service and food and shall return as soon as possible, this time we will try a lunch time meal. See you soon John and Marilyn Featon

Had lunch at this restaurant last week. Ordered seafood platter and another dish with prawns. Prawns were not good and neither were some of the oysters. Am happy we did not get sick over them! Table next to us sent their order of prawns back as well so clearly there was an issue with their seafood. My Australian hosts should have been refunded their money after they told the server that the food was bad.
