DETAILS

Honouring locality is an important part of the restaurant’s philosophy and this extends beyond the realm of food. Local craftsman Roland Kindler has built the tables, potter Steven Sheridan has created the throwing plates, wood turners were designed by Paul Trebel and Vincent Dobson has fashioned the turning pepper mills and macrocarpa pod salt dishes.

The rare intimacy afforded by a totally natural environment, in the heart of the Blue Mountains with views as far as the eye can see, make it an ideal venue for weddings and corporate functions. The restaurant seats a total of 140 diners, 80 within the restaurant and 60 outside on the terrace. A garden marquee can also be set up for a larger event.
