Plane Icon Thailand Sala Rim Naam

Top10 Image
As you approach Sala Rim Naam aboard one of the Mandarin Oriental's enchanting ferry boats, the restaurant materialises like a poetic mirage of glittering colours and decoration. Once you arrive at your destination on the other side of the Chao Phraya River, the Mandarin Oriental's painstaking attention to detail becomes palpable. Chandeliers lined with silk parasols hang gracefully from the ceiling as perfectly proportioned, delicately spiced dishes drift on and off the pristine tables. Traditional Thai dance performances add sparkle, drama and entertainment to an already picturesque venue. The restaurant's re-opening in late 2007 has seen the addition of a stunning open air pavilion overlooking the river, and guests now have the option of sitting at ground level on cushioned benches, or at Western-style tables and chairs.
