Brahma Lodge has never been known for destination dining. It's northern suburbs namesake hotel however, has had a $4 million dollar reputation renovation. Now, “The Lodge”, offers spruced up food too. Like sister pubs The Seaford and Republic, rotisserie meats feature. Otherwise, seafood options star crispy skin Atlantic salmon, with finger lime caviar. And yes, there are still schnitzels to be had in the sports bar for die-hards.
