It may be small (seating only 39) but The Dispensary Enoteca in trendy Bendigo has a beverage menu that will blow your mind. A whisky list, gin list, tequila list, vodka list, winter beer list, autumn beer list – gosh, it even has a cigar list. It's no wonder that they won the Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine List of The Year 2011. With drinks list's galore, you may assume that food may fall wayside but it is anything but – both lunch and dinner menus will not only soak up those fine wines but will impress you too.
