- Private Functions - Pilu at freshwater caters for weddings, birthdays, christenings, client dinners, corporate presentations, book and product launches and more. All bookings of 10 guests or over are required to order from the mini a la carte menu or tasting menu. The private balcony can seat up to 18 guests, whilst the garden can accommodate up to 28 people. The marquee can hold 45 seated guests or 60 for cocktails.
