Joy

Joy is an intimate, 10 seat restaurant by partners and chefs Tim and Sarah Scott in Fortitude Valley. There are just two dinner seatings, from Wednesday through to Sunday, with Tim and Sarah running the show from start to finish. Guests can opt for either a short or long menu which is served at the single bar counter. The menu is a Japanese Nordic infusion with each dish impeccably executed and presented. The wine list is equally as polished but this restaurant is best appreciated in person.
