Opulent Asian eatery Cinnabar is set on the upmarket Kingston Foreshore. The impressive dining room is decked out in luxurious materials; a pressed metal feature wall, quilted leather banquettes and soft tassels draped from the ceiling. The menu offers traditional Chinese dishes, but you'll be surprised at their modern form when they arrive at the table. Everything is fresh, clean and contemporary, without pandering to the Western palette.
