Sage Dining Rooms

One of Canberra's most loved restaurants, this is fine dining with all the flavour and service and none of the pretension. Most notably, the restaurant has their own farm near the restaurant, where they grow their own herbs and vegetables as well as looking after cattle and sheep. Famous for their excellent wine list and dishes like cured ocean trout with a wafer of baked fennel and tiny horseradish meringues, if you are visiting Canberra Sage should be at the top of your list.
