On Bridge Road in Richmond, Jan Chi is an authentically Korean restaurant with a modern twist. Meaning ‘to feast’ in Korean, diners are encouraged to do just that. Owner and head chef Steven JH Ryu and venue manager SJ Min bring with them a wealth of experience – Steven trained in New York City at MASA before moving on to Momofuku Ssam.
