Bar Torino

Italian restaurant royalty, Chianti's Favaro family, now also play next door. Alongside in their new Bar Torino, homage is paid to Italy, Spain and the countries connection with vermouth. Korean chef Kwon's secondment from neighbour Chianti's stoves works well. Tapas with sneaky Asian flavours is found in this bohemian room. Chill with a cool vermouth...and squid sandwich. Bread infused with the cephalopod ink is laden with fried wasabi-spiked strips. For another twist, lemon meringue flips will also get your cocktail suckers puckering. Bar Torino does not take reservations.
