Bianco Restaurant

The Panebianco family's culinary skills go back generations; they were known for being bakers and chefs to Italy's royal family and, a couple of generations later, have a string of hospitality enterprises in Sydney. Bianco Restaurant is another slice of the family's history, set in Brighton Le-Sands, close to the Novotel. The atmosphere is upmarket, and there's an authentic a la carte menu.
