Indulge in one of the most iconic and palette-pleasing pairings of all time; Champagne and Caviar. with a full tin of premium Calvisus Russian Oscietra Caviar and two flutes of G.H.Mumm.

Head Chef at Mode Kitchen & Bar Francesco Mannelli has hand-selected his favourite caviar variety, Calvisus Russian Oscietra, which is also regarded as one of the most sought-after foods in the world. It is processed completely entirely by hand and is farmed in the north of Italy near Lake Maggione.

The traditional methods of preparation result are environmentally friendly, in a product that is pure and of the finest quality. The flavour is rich with hints of hazelnut and butter, each piece offering a firm shell and smooth consistency. Every bite offers the diner a satisfying umami finish and taste of the ocean.

The caviar is respectfully served in its natural state, accompanied in the traditional style with Blini (buckwheat pancakes) and various condiments. Complementing this fine caviar is the fizz of G.H.Mumm , adding refreshment to the dish and cleaning the palate.
