Davis & White, fine wine merchants have announced some exciting wine dinners in SE Qld over the coming months. Wineries that are featured include Rockford, Greenock Creek, Purple Hands, Torbreck & more.

Greenock Creek Long Lunch. $140 pp
Friday 24th September at MODA Tapas. Brasa Bar Brisbane. 12-4pm
Taste through the range including the hedonistic 2015 Roennfeldt Road Shiraz! 6 wines, 3 courses matched by super star chef Javier at MODA. Big, rich & ripe red wines, from the cellar door in the tiny hamlet of Marananga.

Purple Hands Long Lunch. $130 pp
Sunday 26th September, Boucher Bistro, Graceville. 12-4pm
A brand that has become one of the top performing small wineries in the Barossa. Chief winemaker for Grant Burge, Craig Stansbourough balances commercial winemaking with this artisan label, playing with varieties such as Montepulciano, and Negroamaro alongside the traditional Barossa staples of Shiraz, Grenache & Mataro from vineyards planted back in the 1880's.
