Method
Serves 4 as an entree Ingredients - 200g of diced kangaroo loin (a large loin) 1 finely diced red onion 1/2 a medium sized onion 1 finely chopped bunch of chives 2 tablespoon salt (to taste) Chopped capers 2 tablespoon olive oil Pepper (to taste) Lime zest (to taste) Method - Mix all ingredients and serve with croutons.
