Before arriving in Australia in 1996, Sunil Pajnoo worked in international hotel chains and restaurants, including Hyatt, Meridan and kempinski throughout India and Hong Kong. Since arriving in Australia Sunil has worked for Accor and IHG Hotels, before joining PARKROYAL Parramatta as Executive Chef in late 2010. In 2007, Sunil won the IACC Australian Copper Skillet Chefs competition, where he travelled to America to participate in Global IACC Copper Skillet competition Sunil Pajnoo's philosophy is "Always cook with love"
