Paul McGrath's Profile

Paul McGrath's career spans over 20 years, and has seen him work across Ireland, the UK, Europe and Australia. He began his career as an apprentice at Ballymaloe Hotel in Ireland, under the eye of Michelin-starred Irish chef Myrtle Allen. Following this, Paul worked and studied across Europe at establishments including the three-starred Le Gavroche in London and the double Michelin-starred Shanks in County Down, developing the craft and intricacies of modern French cuisine.

Paul is now Group Executive Chef at The Grounds of Alexandria.
