Michael Moore is one of Australia's most experienced and respected chefs. He is highly regarded within the food industry for his depth of knowledge, endless energy and motivation. Long into a career spanning two continents, Michael has owned and managed numerous top restaurants both in London and Sydney including The Ritz Hotel London, Kables, Craigend, Hotel Nikko, The Bluebird London, Bennelong, Prunieres, Bonne Femme and Wildfire.

Typical of his energy and passion, Michael is an established consultant to the food service industry and is also a regular speaker and judge at industry events and accepts invitations to travel the world representing Australian produce.

Michael is well known throughout Australia for his weekly TV cooking segments on Mornings with Kerri-Anne on the Nine Network. Michael has also appeared on such programs as Today Show, Domestic Blitz, Sunrise, The Morning Show and held a long standing relationship as guest co-host with Fresh Cooking on the Nine Network.

Moore is the chef and owner of O Bar and Dining in Sydney and the proud author of cookbook Blood Sugar.
