Geoff Haviland brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Fresh kitchen with a glittering career spanning the globe in some of the most coveted establishments and Michelin starred kitchens.

Haviland most recently headed up the kitchens on luxury cruise liner Celebrity Solstice based in Miami (part of the Royal Caribbean Fleet) and closer to home at luxury Palazzo Versace Gold Coast and Jupiters Hotel and Casino Gold Coast.

A lover of luxury hotels, Haviland spent several years in Europe and Asia as Executive Chef with hospitality groups Intercontinental (Hong Kong, Dubai & Hyde Park Hotel London); and in Dubai with Southern Sun Hotel Group and Al Manzi Hotel & Qamardeen Hotels.

As Executive Chef-Fresh Catering, Haviland leads the catering operation showcasing a superior culinary service for Sydney’s top -drawer events. From Polo in the Park; glamorous harbour-front weddings; sophisticated corporate events; elegant garden parties and boardroom lunches for Sydney’s business elite. The one thing all Fresh Catering events have in common is their focus on the highest quality food.
Fresh Catering is an appointed Gold License Caterer with the Restaurant and Catering Industry Association of NSW and are members of the Meetings & Events Australia Association (MEA). Fresh Catering have won awards for Best Boardroom Caterer 2010 NSW Restaurant & Catering Awards, Best Caterer at an Event 2007-2009 NSW Restaurant & Catering Awards, City of Sydney Business Awards 2009 Catering Services and Event Caterer of the Year 2007-2008 BT Publishing E-Awards.
