Duncan Welgemoed, chef patron of Bistro Dom has worked in some of England's finest kitchens.

Now settled in Adelaide, Duncan has won The Advertiser chef of the year 2013, The Australians Hottest restaurant in SA and Hot 50 in the country. The food concept at Bistro Dom utilises the finest local produce by working hand in hand with growers, breeders and wine makers in South Australia, to showcase the best of South Australian cuisine.

He recently curated in conjunction with his partners "The Happy Motel" - the Adelaide Festival club Lola's Pergola which hosted 25 chefs and 19 of the best winemakers across Australia, showcasing the best produce the state has to offer.
