PULP KITCHEN
Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Top10 Image
In the library of restaurants, Ainslie's Pulp Kitchen is hardly a cheap, paperback novel; instead it belongs firmly on the shelf marked ""Modern European Classics"". The restaurant delivers traditional bistro-style food and stocks an award-winning selection of European and local wines and liqueurs to complement the French and Italian influences on the menu.

Pulp Kitchen is the pride of inner north people who don't need or want carpeted walls with their divine, richly-flavoured sensational food. Positioned down the side of the local shops in the The People's Republic of Ainslie, Pulp was found out for its brilliance by critics and customers alike very early in its career. It's noisy, friendly, stylish and totally unpretentious, despite having superb creative gutworthy food and perfectly matched wines. We love Pulp, inside and outside!
