I had dinner at the Watermark last night (09/02/12) with a client. For starters I had Grilled Peach, Prosciutto and Goats Cheese - yum, what a great combination. My client had the eggplant parma which for an entree was huge (could have been a main meal) - it was delicious. Both of us had the Veal Milanese which was scrumptuous. Unfortunately we could not fit in desserts. Compliments to the Chef and staff, I did not think Docklands had a decent restaurant until I ate at the Watermark. Top marks guys and great value for money. Do yourself a favour and venture down to Docklands for a great night out.

I went to the Watermark with my 85 year old mother on Friday, 27 February and had a fantastic evening. Both the service and food was terrific and the free live entertainment was a real treat. I could not fault the venue, food or service. Have returned since to entertain clients and highly recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. Went to the restaurant with high expectations as it was recommended by a cudo customer. Arrived at 7 pm with no reservation and we were told we had to vacate by 8pm. No sooner had we ordered, that the entree was served (prosciutto). Finished the entree and wouldn't you know it mains arrived (mine crumbed veal and my partner's alleged barramundi) served on a small plate that my school canteen used and both accompanied by the same type and amount of microwaved vegies, carrots, brocolis, beans, (I may have had one more carrot). the whole thing was virtually cold. Next table as you would have it had exactly the same dishes (the lady did not touch hers and her partner ate because as he told me "he was hungry"). We left by 7.30PM and we managed to talk /complain to the manager who advised "not to come here if we didn't like the meal" that he "didn't need customers like us" and that we "should not talk to other customers". STUNNED. ....DO NOT GO THERE, $100 rip-off. I'm no chef but would have done a better job. Where is Gordon when you need him, he would have a field day !!!
