From the former Pres Club front-of-house manager Angie Giannakodakis, together with business partner Guy Holder, the Epocha philosophy is all about sharing tasty and wholesome food. The Epocha kitchen is under the direction of Mick Bolam, former head chef of Restaurant Sanctuary at Peppers in the Hunter Valley.
