SAGÀS Pagesos, Cuiners & Co is the joint initiative between the Rovira brothers of the restaurant Els Casals (1* Michelin) and Grupo SAGARDI.

The SAGAS menu is gourmet sandwiches, made with 100% additive-, preservative- and colorant-free products, brought directly from the lands in the Berguedà where the Rovira brothers have their farm and livestock.
