Paying homage to the French High Speed Train, the TGV menu is ideal for those desiring a gourmet experience in a short amount of time, in fact, in under 90 minutes. Private dining rooms for ten or more people can turn a stunning meal into a grand gastronomic event.
FOOD & BEVERAGEGuy’s food philosophy is all about coaxing the subtle flavours out of each individual ingredient, and creating a brilliant bouquet of aromas that captures the imagination of the diner before they even take their first bite. Many diners choose to savour a novel-length degustation menu, where highlights range from delicate mini foie gras sandwiches to rainbow coloured macarons. Guy’s artichoke soup with thick black truffle slices and parmesan cheese slices, paired with a flaky black truffle brioche slathered in truffle butter has been hailed with accolades more frequently bestowed upon timeless masterpieces of art. Another dish that epitomizes the chef’s culinary style is the seabass with crisp scales and delicate spices, accompanied by swiss chard, black trumpet mushrooms, and a vanilla and spice jus. A bar dining menu, Wine Moment with Guy Savoy, comprising of the best wines from France and beyond, is available in the afternoon. The wine and champagne is served alongside tasting portions of signature dishes from 3pm – 6pm.
FUNCTIONSGuests can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif at the champagne bar before moving into the main dining area, which seats up to 80 people. Two private dining rooms cater to intimate dinners for ten or more people as well as small corporate functions, birthdays and wedding celebrations.
