The dishes are of premium quality, not only in the calibre of produce used and flavours projected, but also in the meticulous attention to detail taken in their artistic presentation. The avant-garde works of edible art include iced puddle of oyster juice that diners crack open to reveal raw prawns and slivers of citarri (a local specialty similar to seabass) lightly licked by smoke.
