Daniel is the Upper East Side institution of French-born chef Daniel Boulud, whose elegant French restaurant inhabits the Venetian Renaissance inspired ballroom of what was once the Mayfair Hotel. Whilst the setting has been redesigned with contemporary furnishings to swathe the neo-classical architecture, Daniel’s reputation as an upper-crust New York experience, has not wavered. The vibe is bustling and fun and the delectable menu is inspired by the rhythm of the seasons.
