Spearheaded by Graham and his young energetic kitchen team, The Ledbury delivers imaginative, meticulous modern French inspired cuisine and a stellar wine list of fine international drops. Each dish is a work of art on the plate - think loin of roe deer with beetroot, blackcurrants and bone marrow and hand picked crab with wakame oil, thinly sliced courgette and frozen parmesan. The amalgamation of exquisite presentation, robust flavour combinations, and textural quirks are enough to warrant the lofty price tag.
