In a quest to serve the most tender, full-flavoured steak in London using the finest prime beef, Goodman has brought the New York Steakhouse model to Mayfair. The Goodman Grade comes from traceable, grain fed herds, and is matured on site in the dry aging room, hand cut and cooked to perfection over charcoal for extra flavour. Whilst steak is the highlight, an all day menu featuring other tempting treats is also available, as well as a comprehensive wine list to match carnivorous endeavours.
