The Speakeasy - All the character of a traditional speakeasy without any of the legalities, The Speakeasy at Hotel Muse merges an internationally-inspired food-and-drink concept with Asian influences. Menus focus on gourmet dishes served in portions suitable for sharing and nibbling while one mingles and moves about. Top-shelf spirits and a large selection of wines including sparkling wines by the glass or bottle are served while guests enjoy the vistas and the vibe.
Su Tha Ros - Su Tha Ros serves up delicious à la carte international breakfasts, time-honoured Thai dishes for lunch and dinner along with a range of savoury and sweet Thai dishes during afternoon tea. Comprising a main dining area and two elegant private rooms, the refined setting combines Siamese charm with contemporary Gallic chic.
Wet Bar - A small venue that makes a big splash, Wet Bar menu features gourmet sandwiches, char-grilled Angus burgers, favourite Thai dishes as well as a selection of pastas and salads. Drinks include a wide range of smoothies and, should you be in a more extravagant mood, Muse’s signature Caipirinha, will nicely complement a delectable dessert.
