LOCATIONLocated on the 51st and 52nd floors of Tower Club at lebua in Bangkok.
DETAILSStunning views of Bangkok and the River of Kings are the living backdrop to Breeze, a predominantly open-air restaurant that sits proudly on two levels at The Dome at lebua building. Timber flooring creates the feeling of a giant outdoor deck, with varying levels and connecting steps that add to diners’ sense of space and create depth throughout the area. Indoor dining spaces are unified with the outside dining room by way of a wide, illuminated blue glass walkway, known as the Sky Bridge.
FOOD & BEVERAGEExecutive chef James Ho and consultant chef Sam Leong – a local celebrity in the culinary world - work together to create innovative Asian-inspired dishes that use the best of local and international produce and ingredients. Diners can feast on the likes of deep-fried lobster spring rolls with tangerine-plum sauce to start, then move onto wok-fried Kobe beef tenderloin with black pepper and pinot noir sauce (pictured) for main.
