Warmly lit with a tasteful outfit, Wild Duck is an elegant restaurant and quite a find in country city Albany.

Try the duck liver parfait with green apple puree, maple syrup jelly, brioche and truffle butter for a robust beginning to your meal. Follow with a beef eye fillet with cauliflower puree, mushroom fricassee and red wine jus, or a deconstructed paella with de-boned spatchcock, grilled king prawns, chorizo, chicken and saffron broth. Finish sweetly with a chocolate tart with burnt orange cream and orange caramel.
