Greenpool Restaurant's contemporary design is reflected in its modern Australian food, based on the principle of ‘less is more’. Executive chef Wisdom Ngulube enhances the natural flavours of ingredients using classic preparation techniques and simple yet flavoursome recipes. Greenpool also uses as much local, organic and fresh produce from the surrounding area as possible, which allows menus to constantly evolve and reflect the changing seasons.
