Chef Chad Miskiewicz is now leading the team and creating fabulous food at the popular Globe Wine Bar & Restaurant at the Parmelia Hilton.
Drawing on Mediterranean, Italian and Asian cooking styles, the dinner menu offers innovative and interesting dishes.

Jasmine tea poached chicken tortellini, star anise & orange glazed Mt Barker chicken breast,
braised south-west lamb shank in red wine & herbs, Moroccan chick pea cassoulet,king prawns in sweet laksa broth,seared salmon with gremolata and sherry glazed scallops,

The Globe also offers a private dining room that blends privacy with sensational food, wine and a stylish atmosphere. Available for up to 40 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner and 70 for a cocktail party, the dining room is a unique venue for corporate entertaining, intimate wedding parties or special celebrations. Chef Chad can tailor a menu to suit the style of your event.
