FOOD & BEVERAGEFrederic Verschoore has taken up the position as Head Chef. Frederic was born and trained in Lyon, France. In the 1980s he worked in the One-Michelin-Star Le Fedora Lyon and Two-Michelin-Star Les Embassadeurs at the Hotel Crillon in Paris before landing the Chef De Partie position in 1993 at the 3-Michelin-Star Troigros Restaurant in Roanne.
FUNCTIONSFriends Restaurant provides an elegant setting for private and corporate events with views across the water towards South Perth. Friends Restaurant can cater for groups up to 120 with many back vintage and special wines to choose from on an extensive list. Menus can be tailored to personal tastes but the degustation with matching wines comes recommended. The restaurant can cater for cocktail parties, a la carte dinners for small groups and creates set menus for larger groups.
