LOCATION
C Restaurant is in Perth’s city centre, with car parking available underneath the building in St Martin’s car park from 6pm on weeknights, 5pm on Saturdays and from 12 noon on Sundays.

DETAILS
Set atop St Martin’s Tower, C allows for continuous views of Perth city, the Swan River, Kings Park, Rottnest Island, the Darling Ranges and surrounds, making dining there a beautiful and unique experience.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Dining at the award winning C restaurant is well worthwhile. Try our signature dish – the C gnocchi, or one of the many other choices on our a la carte menu.

Enjoy everything from a coffee or gaze out at a distant Rottnest Island as you enjoy a leisurely lunch. Express business lunches are also available, which ensures a delicious meal and friendly service all within a lunch break. Join C Restaurant for an after work cocktail, or after the sun sets, watch as the view transforms into a sea of lights.

Executive chef Andrew Taylor takes great pride in creating beautiful dishes and have created a menu to cater for all tastes. Special dietary needs can also be catered for. C is open for lunch Monday to Friday and Sunday and dinner everyday.

C Restaurant – In the sky, the perfect venue for a romantic dinner, celebrations, corporate meetings or a get-together with family and friends. C specialises in large corporate functions of up to 300 guests, however a wide range of function options are available.

Choose any two courses from the al a carte dinner menu for $74 per person, any additional course after that are only $15 each

Oysters: Freshly shucked rock oysters, essence of carrot and ginger, red wine vinegar and shallots, soy wasabi

Zucchini Soufflé: Twice baked saffron and zucchini soufflé, tomato tartare, watercress, buffalo yoghurt

Pork: Pork croquette, coriander mushrooms, green apple chutney, soy mayonnaise

Gnocchi: A C Restaurant Favourite! Potato & spinach with a napolitana & gorgonzola cream sauce, roasted tomatoes

Beef: Char grilled beef fillet, field mushroom, chilli goats cheese pave, confit tomato, garlic jus

Chicken: Bamboo wrapped velvet chicken, black rice, lap chong sausage, kim chi cabbage, green onion sauce

Barramundi: Grilled seawater barramundi, orange and cumin braised fennel, caraway sautéed Brussels sprouts, walnut spread

Chocolate Moelleux: Warm chocolate pudding, with a melting centre served with strawberries and gelati

Crepe Suzette: Freshly made crepes with orange butter, grand marnier, chocolate ice cream and a flaming finish!

Bavarios: Vanilla and coffee bavarois, crispy choc centre, coffee custard

Cheese Board: Brie, cheddar, blue cheese and walnut terrine, apple, muscatel, quince paste and crispbreads
