One of Sydney's best chefs, Guillaume Brahimi, of Guillaume at Bennelong fame, takes elegant dining to new heights at Bistro Guillaume in Perth. Sleek and sophisticated, but still with Guillaume’s signature lime green highlights, this 160-seater restaurant is perfect for everything from romantic rendezvous to power lunches. The refined French menu has a back to basics philosophy with all pastries, desserts and stocks made in house. We recommend Brahimi's signature dish of roast chicken, which will be made with the WA-grown, organic Liveringa chicken.
