Colourfully decorated with local artwork and vibrant colours, this buzzing beachfront cafe serves up top notch fare with friendly service and view to soothe the soul. Breakfast is a big event with menu selections boasting unique flavours and classic favourites. Eggs benedict and Eggs on Fire (scrambled eggs infused with jalapenos and Cajun spice) are just the start, with pancakes, muesli and vegetarian options also there to temp you.

Lunch and dinner menus are equally enticing, offering a wide range of decent sized light and more substantial dishes. Tuesday night is Curry Night, complete with a live sitar player to create an authentic atmosphere. Wednesday night is Vego Night; the menu offering a delicious range of vegetarian and vegan delights with a few carnivorous options for those scared of their vegetables. Wild Fig Cafe also offers wireless internet access, live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights, and gluten-free bread and cakes.
