DETAILSWith panoramic views abound, Black Swan Winery & Restaurant highlights the natural beauty of the long established Swan Valley wine region. Designed by owners Barry Scrivener and Robyn Meloury, the restaurant has an elevated position to take full advantage of its scenic surroundings, with floor to ceiling windows exposing uninterrupted views of the Darling Ranges. The relaxed, spacious dining area features simple, earthy wooden furnishings that don’t interfere with the natural landscape.
FOOD & BEVERAGEThe Black Swan restaurant offers an al a carte, eclectic menu with an emphasis on specialties such as Wagyu beef and succulent Kurobuta pork, sourced Australia wide. Fruit trees are grown on the property such as mulberry and cumquat, and nuts such as hazelnut and macadamia. The Black Swan property’s free-range chickens also supply the restaurant. The wine list features a portfolio of the Black Swan winery’s own range, as well as a selection of boutique beers.
FUNCTIONSBlack Swan hosts both corporate and private events, and weddings, for between 20 and 200 people.
