Head chef Paul Seymour draws on local and seasonal produce for the dishes on his strongly European influenced menu. And while vegetarianism and fine dining isn’t exactly a match-made in heaven, Warrenmang Vineyard Restaurant prides itself on catering for those who prefer to skip the steak.
